Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner. Due to this rapid processing, we have a limited window for cancellations.
How to Cancel Your Order:
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and prepared for shipping. Typically, this window is very short, often within 1-2 hours after the order is placed.

Important Notes:
- Once an order has been picked and packed by our warehouse team, we are unable to cancel it.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our standard return process once you receive the package.
- For a full refund, the item must be returned unused and in its original, sellable condition, with all packaging intact, in accordance with our return policy.
